shopalora Return & Refund Policy
Your happiness with every shopalora piece matters to us. If something doesn't feel right, our straightforward return process is designed to make things easy.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please log into your shopalora account and visit "Order History," or contact us at shopalora@outlook.com to request a Return Authorization. Pack the item(s) securely — original packaging is preferred — and include any completed return form. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items are eligible for refund unless otherwise stated.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopalora@outlook.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned.
