• You'll receive a tracking email once shipped

• Standard: 7–14 business days

• Express: 3–7 business days

• Estimates begin from shipment date; actual times may vary by location, customs, or carrier delays

3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Check at checkout for availability and costs for your address.

4. Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on method, destination, and weight. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email. You can also log into your shopalora account and check "Order History."

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders outside Hong Kong may be subject to import fees. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

7. Shipping Address

8. Missing or Delayed Packages
