Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returned exchanges, if you notify us at hello@shopalora.com within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided). If 30 days have gone by after your package has been delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Seasonal goods cannot be returned.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Health and personal care items.
